Forgestar is an AI consulting studio that audits how your business runs and delivers a custom playbook showing exactly where AI saves you time and money. We work with non-technical teams who know AI matters but don't know where to start.

What is Forgestar?

Forgestar is an AI consulting studio that audits your business workflow and delivers a custom AI playbook. We find your bottlenecks, recommend the right tools and methods, build what you need, and hand it off. Plain English, full ownership, no lock-in.

Do you actually build the AI tools for us?

If you want us to bring in implementation help, that's part of the Custom Engagement scope. The Strategic Audit itself is strategy, not implementation — we deliver the plan, the tool recommendations, and the integration paths, and your team (or anyone you choose) builds from there. Need additional services beyond what's listed? We're happy to talk through what you have in mind and quote it based on the actual work.

Do we need to be technical to work with you?

No. Forgestar exists for non-technical teams. We translate AI capabilities into plain business language, recommend the right level of complexity for your situation, and make sure the playbook is something your team can actually act on.

How is this different from hiring a regular consultant?

Most consultants come in with a generic framework and bend your business to fit it. We do the opposite — we start with how you actually run, and shape AI recommendations around that. Plus we move faster: a full playbook in 2 business days, not two months.

Will the report have actual cost estimates?

Yes. Every recommendation includes the realistic monthly cost range, expected time-savings, and a payback estimate. You'll see what each move actually costs and what you should expect back.

What's the typical engagement timeline?

From the kickoff call to the delivered playbook is usually 2 business days. The walkthrough call happens the same week as delivery. Custom Engagements run longer depending on scope.
